1. I’m moving locally. What if the move goes quicker than the estimated move time?

We only charge for actual time. If the move ends up being quicker than the estimate, the savings is yours.

2. Can we schedule a packing service only?

You can choose one or multiple services, the choice is yours.

3. How will you protect my furniture?

All furniture items being moved will be wrapped in thick quilted furniture blankets.

4. Is a moving company licensed?

All moving companies require to be “registered” and have operating permits for the Province, State or Country they are operating in.

5. When should I call a moving company?

The earlier, the better. It is best to book 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred day will be available. During peak season (summer months) an even earlier booking would be recommended.

6. How long will my move take?

The length of time you move will take depends on the services you request and the quantity of items moved, along with difficulty of access and length of walks at origin and destination, weather, how prepared you are, etc. Feel free to fill in one of our online estimate forms for a better idea of costs and time.

7. Am I protected against loss or damage?

Yes, but only for the type of protection you choose. Be sure to choose your protection carefully.
